5. Return & Refund Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Eligible items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for full refund or replacement.

• Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Our support team will provide Return Authorization and instructions.

• Defective/damaged/wrong items: Toy Tun covers return shipping.

h. Damaged or Defective Goods

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
• Toy Tun will arrange replacement or full refund.

i. GCC & Qatar Specific Regulations

• Local consumer protection laws may extend return periods or provide mandatory refunds without restocking fees.
• Where local law is more favorable than this policy, the local law applies.
