- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for full refund or replacement.

- Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

i. GCC & Qatar Specific Regulations
- Local consumer protection laws may extend return periods or provide mandatory refunds without restocking fees.
